I spent hours sifting through Pinterest boards trying to find information to help prepare. This was time consuming and I found it difficult to find trustworthy resources. Although we appreciated advice from family and friends, some of this advice was outdated. We felt lost until we were presented with Expecting 101 through New Parents Academy! We were both so relieved to find a relevant expert resource that we could learn from and refer back to when our baby girl arrived. Expecting 101 helped us to feel prepared to navigate this new adventure together and made us more excited to meet our baby girl!

The soothing techniques were so important and we used them a lot! As first time parents we had so many questions about how to care for our baby in those first weeks home. At the hospital we had nurses to help and ask questions and at home it was all on us. This course gave us the confidence we needed to be the best parents we could even with sleep deprivation and a lot of dirty diapers!
